PatientlySpeaking Enhances Patient Billing Collections Offering

PatientlySpeaking announces its newest enhancement to its patient collections platform. Practices and medical billing companies can add custom voice messages to their Patient Courtesy Calls service. This option allows each practice to record personalized messages to be delivered to their patients. Additionally, those messages can be different for patients that are 30 days, 60 days or over 90 days behind.
